Q: What BlackBerry devices is Viira compatible with?
A: Viira is compatible with all BlackBerry devices. This includes the BlackBerry Storm, BlackBerry Storm2, BlackBerry Tour, BlackBerry 9700, BlackBerry Bold, 8900, BlackBerry Pearl Flip (8200 series), BlackBerry Pearl (8100 series), the Curve (8300 series), the 8800 series, the 8700 series. We add new devices to the list as soon as they become widely available.
Q: What version of the BlackBerry OS does Viira require?
A: Viira requires OS 4.3 or later. OS 4.3 came out more than 3 years ago, so if you bought your BlackBerry since then you should be fine.
Q: How can I tell what the OS version on my BlackBerry is?
A: On your BlackBerry, go to Options->About where you will see the release the OS version preceded by a small "v".
Q: How does the free trial differ from the full version?
A: The free trial is good for 21 days from the time of first use and allows up to 75 tasks, 10 projects and 10 contexts (in addition to any tasks imported from your BlackBerry Tasks application).
Q: When I buy the full version, will I still be able to use all my free trial data (Tasks, Projects, Contexts, etc.)?
A: Yes. Activating the full version is performed by entering a valid license key, and any data in Viira will be at your fingertips after the activation.
Q: Does Viira integrate with MS Outlook?
A: Yes, but only partially. At present only Viira's appointments are synced with Outlook's event list and vice versa. Tasks, projects and contexts are not.
Our BlackBerry-Outlook integrated solution is in the works and will be available soon. You can sign up for the Viira Outlook Suite updates if you want to be the first to know when it is ready.
In short, our Viira Outlook Suite will empower you to do all the things you can do with Viira 2 within Outlook - and have your GTD data available on both Outlook and your BlackBerry.

Q: How can I install Viira on my BlackBerry?
A: You can either install Viira Over-The-Air (OTA) or use the Application Loader that comes with your BlackBerry Desktop Software.
To install Viira OTA, just clink on the link that we sent you in your registration email.
In case the email has trouble making it to your inbox (did you check your Spam folder?) you can point your BlackBerry browser to www.kartamobile.com/bb from where you will be able to download Viira straight to your BlackBerry.
Q: I want to install Viira the old-fashioned way - manually. How do I do that?
A: You will need to use the BlackBerry Desktop Softare that comes with your BlackBerry for this. After you have registered and signed up for the Beta, download the zip file containing the Viira bundle, and then follow the instructions from your Desktop Software on how to install the .alx file using the Application Loader.
Q: Does Viira transmit my usage data to your servers?
A: No. Viira does not automatically transmit any usage data to our servers. Your data belongs entirely to you.
