Q: Is Viira supported on all BlackBerry 10 devices?

A: Yes. Viira is supported an all devices with OS 10.1 or higher.

Q: What versions of Microsoft Outlook does the Viira Outlook Add-In work with?

A: The Viira Outlook Add-In works on MS Outlook 2003 through 2013.

Q: What is the difference between the free and the full version of Viira?

A: There are no feature differences between the free trial and the full verison. The free trial however has a limit on the number of items you can enter. The free trial also expires in 14 days.

Q: Does the Viira Sync licensing allow me to use Viira on multiple computers?

A: Yes. You can install and activate Viira on as many computers or laptops as you need to stay organized and make the most out of Viira.

Q: I am currently using the Viira app on BlackBerry 10. Should I migrate to the Viira Outlook Suite app?

A: Only if you want. Starting with version 5.3 you can activate the Viira Clous Sync from Viira by clicking the Try Viira Sync button. Once you have activated the Viira Sync Service you can sync with the Viira Outlook Add-In and the Viira Desktop App just like you would from the Viira Outlook Suite app.

Q: So are the Viira and the Viira Outlook Suite apps the same?

A: Yes. We do reserve the right in the future to add some Outlook-specific features or requirements that could be made available first in the Viira Outlook Suite app. If you are just starting out with Viira and synchronization with Microsoft Outlook is a key requirement, we recommend you go with the Viira Outlook Suite app going forward.
