Delegate Projects, Contexts and Tasks
Delegation gives you the ability to send all outstanding tasks in a project or context to someone over email directly from the Viira Outlook Suite BlackBerry client.
You can email instructions and to-do lists, provide step-by-step directions and send a shopping list to your spouse - all from your BlackBerry. You can even email a project to yourself if you want to keep track of progress externally, to print it or to archive it.
- First, select Delegate from the context menu.
- Delegate the project by email, or send it to yourself for review, printing or for future reference.
