Action Links

The Viira Outlook Suite strives to help you integrate as much information as possible into your portable GTD system. Action Links provides a fast and intuitive way to help you embed actionable links inside the BlackBerry client's tasks, projects and contexts, as well as in any notes field.

Here is how you can leverage Action Links:

• Enter a phone number, email address or a website link anywhere in the BlackBerry client.
• The BlackBerry client will automatically detect it and highlight it as an action link
• Simply click on the highlighted action link and the BlackBerry client will direct you to place a call, compose an email or view the link in the browser.
